Please take a moment to read the rules of this forum. In doing so, we can all get along smoothly and the site running like clockwork. I think you will find the rules very strait forward and easy to understand. If you are unclear on any of the below rules then please contact me or one of the staff for further explanation.


1. In order to download the theme's at this site, we have decided that users should register in order to download the theme's. We decided this as it means we can get useful feedback and appreciation for the time taken to create all the theme's for download here.

2.“No Pornographic Material” This forum and its contents are for all ages. So please under no circumstances post any pornographic material in any shape or form. “Any” member/s found breaking this rule will have the offending material removed and face an instant permanent ban. “You have be warned”

3. “No Links or Discussions About File Sharing Or Full Downloads” We don’t condone pirating of any kind, so please do not post links or discus about any illegal activity. That includes “KeyGens” “Serials” “Torrents” or any other P2P service including Phaze or Warez, this also applies to PSP ISO's and asking how to run them on any Custom Firmware. We know Custom Firmware can be used the wrong way, but we do not condone the use of pirated material and will not allow anyone who dislikes Custom Firmware to attack other users for choosing to use Custom Firmware (Remember it can be used for things other than ISO's). Any member found ignoring this rule will face a full permanent ban

4. No Flaming or Abuse. Again, this is a family orientated site and I will not tolerate any form of abusive or threatening behavior. If you are subjected to the above, then please report the user using the “Report” button in the bottom left of the post and a member of staff will deal with it. Again any member found ignoring this rule will face a full permanent ban

5. “No Advertising”. Please do not post links to other forums or websites. I want to keep my traffic here and not have it diverted elsewhere, The first time you are spotted breaking this rule you will get a 7 day ban on posting, if after the ban is over you still ignore this rule, you will get a full permanent ban.

6. “A Thank You Goes Along Way” Please say thank you when you download any themes from this site, it takes a lot of spare time in making themes and sharing them with you. It only takes a minute to say thank you and it encourages us to make more.

7. Please use the correct section when posting or making new threads. This will help people find your posts and threads a lot fast, plus keep the forum easy to navigate.

8. No requesting anything in the shoutbox period, Instant 7 day posting ban for ignoring, again if after the first ban you continue to misuse the shoutbox we will permanently ban you

9. If you are to post any themes here that are not your own work please give credit to the person/persons that did make it, and please for the peace of this forum, please do not post any themes made by consolespot, we have had trouble with the owner of that site claiming we are stealing their themes, mafiaspapas themes are exempt because he is one of our members who posts their themes on consolespot of their own free will. - If you break this rule, the theme will be removed unless you quickly add the appropriate credit, if a mod or any admin spot 3 such posts by the same member, that member will earn themselves a 7 day posting ban...and a full permanent ban if after the 7 day posting ban you continue to break this rule..

10. No spamming of any kind either in the forums or in the shoutbox, we are trying to bring you guys a fun site to be around, but having countless threads with pointless spam is making the place untidy and is making it hard to work out the useful threads from the pointless ones. If anyone thinks that making 100's of short posts with nothing of value to add just to increase your post count will impress the staff into giving you a staff position, then they are sadly wrong, we do not choose our staff on post count at all, so please don't bother because it will only give you a lesser chance of making staff than you had before you joined: Any member found making spam posts from now on will get 50 posts deducted from their overall post count, and that's 50 posts deducted for each spam post you make.




!! Request Section Rules !!

If you are requesting in any of the request sections of this forum, then please take note of the following rules.


1. Please be specific in your requests. If you are requesting a PTF theme, then you must supply the icons that you want us to use in your theme, along with the Preview and Wallpaper images. We will NOT go hunting down images for you. (simply saying make me a simpsons theme isn't enough) 7 day ban for ignoring

2. If you are requesting a Forum Signature or Avatar or any other small graphic, then please be specific in what you want. IE, Colour, Text, Images, Size. If these are not present in you request, then your request will be denied and locked.

3. You need 15 Posts to request a PTF Theme or other GFX request. This is designed to stop the hit and run members. 1st infringement of this rule earns you a 14 day ban, Again if after your first ban you still ignore this rule you will be banned permanently.

4. You may Not make more than one request within 4 days. This is designed so everyone gets a fair chance for a request. And the designers are not overwhelmed with requests.
